I was using the endura for a season, I liked it but it did have it's shortcomings. I had three major qualms about it, it doesn't have full functionality with Navionics chip, you must assign a name to every waypoint, and it wasn't very accurate if you moved at a snail's pace. Otherwise, for the price it's a pretty decent and it's came in handy while cross country skiing, geo-caching (the wife does this, not me) and imagine it would be nice to have ice fishing. I think you're better off going with a smart phone though, same functionality except for the waterproof.
