Rain? My smartphone fits in my boat's glovebox just fine, right next to the 12v power supply so the battery doesn't run down. The aux wire to the radio is beyond simple to run behind the dash.

And at $150+ per year for Sirius, I'll listen to the loons one week a year in Canada when I'm out of range.
