I have the same motor and the same problem. I had mine pressure checked and it was all good. The mechanic said the same thing, condensation from running at low RPMS. I troll alot and it does build up some water. I just periodically pull the drain plug to let it out and deal with. Mine runs great and I put a lot of hours on it.
