I charge my batteries up in the middle of nowhere all the time. get a 2000watt inverter generator.
Honda 2000i is the best in the business. Yamaha has a really nice one too
Otherwise a cheap option is the OCP 1600watt inverter generator they sell at CostCo. Not as nice, but only $500 (50% less than Honda).
