Location: Green Bay, WI		Can you place the cursor over those symbols, and hit "Enter" for more information, maybe? I wonder if there's an 'i' in the center of that box, and the '+' indicates that there might be more information?

If the NOAA charts do not show those symbols in the legend, then maybe it's because there aren't NOAA symbols. They might indicate something as simple as that there is more information available at each spot...
