Bass Cat Boats do offer replacement carpeting in 24oz... Its been highly recommended by many at another website that has a forum specializing in boat renovation...

I can see that nobody had suggested using acetone to remove the glue... Just be sure to do a test spot on fiberglass first... Acetone worked great for me... along with quality scrapers... Just let the glue soak up the acetone... and scrape away... Make sure you have plenty of ventilation for this method...
