Hooked is spot on with his comments....
I am also in the process of full removal/replacement. It's a 96 Lund ProV 1890 LE. As mentioned above, there will be way more prep time than install time, lots of hatches.
Luckily, I have 35 years of floor/carpet install experience to back me up, but I know I'll find some snags as I've never done a boat this size before. Get yourself a quality Razor hand Scraper or 2 to start, along with a carpet knife and alot of new blades....be careful and take your time.
As I go, I'll be happy to advise as best I can, either here, or PM's.
Lund just called and said the new matching carpet is in, so I will start on this soon, but I'm going to do this in segments and will probably take all summer.
I will be using it in the meantime, and I'm not going to rush it.
