Location: Appleton		I'm with Steve on this one. I did this to my Tuffy a few years back. The worst part is getting rid of the old glue that held the carpet down. Once you do that the new carpet isn't too hard to install. I didn't find a kit. I just bought some boat carpet and some exterior carpet glue. It does help to have an extra guy when installing the carpet though.
