Subject: Which Tuffy model is right for me?

Getting familiar with Tuffy boats but a little confused by various models and specific applications. Below is how I fish - which model(s) would be best for my use?

-60% smallmouth on upper Mississippi or on Mille Lacs (so needs to hold position in current, and handle occasional big water)
-20% casting/trolling muskies (needs to troll down well, able to do figure 8's reasonably well)
-20% jigging walleyes
-Prefer something with front and rear casting decks (could be either tiller or side console, but no full windshields)

I'm contemplating buying 1 of 2 different ways: 1) either buy something used for cash around $10k, or 2) Finance something new (might be hard with kids entering college years, but maybe...?).
