I have an 06' 620 and fish LSC religiously and have yet had a problem with this hull in some really rough water. Now, I've been in the 05' 620 hull and it does run a bit better in the rough stuff but not enough to make me go out and buy a newer Ranger hull. We've fished all over this massive system in some really rough conditions and I've always been impressed on well this hull handles. The newer hulls look better and cut through the waves with a much deeper keel but I feel the 06' and 07' hulls run just fine in big water. Down the road I'm sure I'll be looking into a newer 620 but for now I have absolutely zero complaints on well the 06' 620 handles LSC.
