Location: where the fish are...		check the fuel pump on it too, start simple such as fuel water seperator, then pump, then carb. usually it goes in that order and if it is still doing the same thing after you checked all of those you have a bigger problem. My experience is the fuel pump run off a piston and sometime that piston gets lodged in the pump an awkward way and screws everything up.
