Lowrance is about to be offering a $200 rebate on hds 7's and up a $100 on hds 5's. I have found a few sites that means you can get a hds7 for basemap for $641 after rebate before taxes. Very good deal right now and I couldn't be happier with mine. But any more you can't go wrong with any of the brands just compare models at a store and see what you like better.
