I recommend you get on Autotrader and enter in your search criteria. Check back daily(or get an email when a new hit comes along) because good deals do come along... But they go fast. A friend of mine was in the same ballpark as you and by working at it every day he got a Jeep Grand Caravan with 65K on it for about 12k. He is happy with that vehicle. I did the same thing looking for a truck but didn't want to go high miles, so I ended up buying new.
