It is almost too simple for a dual axle trailer. I have a 2.5' long piece of 6X6 lumber, cut on one end as a ramp for a tire to go up on. If it is a flat front tire, I back the back tire up on the ramp, vise-versa if it is the front. Works great. In a pinch the same can be done in a parking lot on the bumpers that keep you from pulling through. That way I don't have to carry a jack.
