| I just went through this. It wasn't fun.
Things to buy
Stiff, sharp putty knife (a week one will not work)
Green scracch pads (scratchless ones will not work)
goof-off (professsional strength in a liquid form- spray bottle did not work for me)

I doused that last layer with the goof off with a saturated rag, let it sit for a minute, than start at it with the putty knife. a very cautious stroke worked best for me so i wouldn't damage the hull. I would remove a little than re-apply more goof off. i went back and forth between the putty knife and the green scratch pad. If you are not concerned about your hull, you could probably get away without the scratch pad. good luck | |
