Location: Perryville, MO		You've checked the obvious I'm sure...removing the prop and clearing line or other obstructions.

My buddy has a '03 (mine is an '04). At the begining of this year he was having a loss of power issue as well. Replaced the bushings and it made a significant improvement. Thinking I might do the same before the end of the year preemptively.
