I would be pushing for a new motor. There are lemon laws to protect you from reoccurring problems. Stupid to think that a dealer will keep on replacing the same parts over and over and over until your warranty is done, then say sorry you have to pay for these now. There should be a Merc rep around here in Ontario to help you out.
