I would guess you have a faulty impeller possibly. I've gotten small pieces of sand inside before. If you didn't disconnect all hoses and force air through the whole system make sure you try that. Remove all screens because junk gets caught there. Can't recommend a dealer since I am not in that area but the guys at hallberg marine in Wyoming are awesome.
