My truck has two fuse panels. One between the door and the dash when you open the driver's door, and the other is a square black lunch box looking thing under the hood. Assuming you checked both those......?

Next I would say its at your plug, or near it, since both sides don't work and your running lights.

If you have a setup like mine, the "7 pin round into flat" converter plug dealy-o, they can go bad occasionally. Could have gunk somewhere on it. Check for electric fuzz. I'd say you've got something pinched or disconnected somewhere if you don't find a fuse that fixes your problem. I'd say its at your plug.

As long as you're dinking around, wouldn't hurt to re-ground yourself at the trailer. Many things 12v related are a ground issue, although this particular issue doesn't sound like its ground alone. One way to make sure things are running right if you know you've got a rock solid ground on your trailer.
