Location: MN | I tend to agree that it isn't always needed, but I still try to use something. I run my boat 9 months of the year and haven't always used it, typically due to not having it and forgetting it until I go out and cross my fingers that it starts right up. I look at stabil and sea foam as added insurance. Plus sea foam has some cleaning properties when running through the system. The one thing that I always do at the end of the season is make sure the tank is completely full. It has 53 gallons of fuel, and it starts right up each year. And this amount lasts a lot longer than a month typically and I don't have problems. I may just have had good luck. | |
