I'm assuming you just want the ability to share GPS data and the ability to pick which transducer you want each unit to use depending on if your on the bow of the boat or the console, correct?
If this is all your wanting to do, then the only thing you'll need is a Ethernet cable, the one with the yellow connectors on the end.
Yep that is it.
I would actually rather be able to use individual sonar data from the front and the back, but the main thing is the gps data.
