Traxstech is a good way to go, you can take slide off the rod holders when not in use which is good if you are fishing multiple species, sometimes we troll salmon, then we need tons of rod holders, other times we fish muskies, then you can take off some holders so they don't get in your way, I think traxstech is a great way to go, you have a lot of versatility that way.
