I've got an 18' Fisher-18 bass boat that the cable steering is extremely stiff. The cables were changed 4 years ago because of how stiff the steering was back then. The steering usually loosens up as the weather gets warmer. Is this normal for cable steering set ups? Is there somewhere to grease it? I've looked, and cannot find a grease fitting anywhere. Is there anything I can do to either prevent this or fix it without having to replace the cables again?
Thanks
