If the prop is an OMC prop that had the plastic anti-ventilation ring around the exhaust hub, all you would need to do is take the prop off the lower unit. The stamp for the diameter and pitch should be under it.
If it is not there, check the side of the prop hub. It might be stamped there.
Last place to check would be on the front side of the prop where it meets the lower unit.
If there is not a pitch and diameter listing you can find, a serial or prop identification number will be enough to do a web search for the right prop.
That particular motor will have the larger gear case which will put you in a 13-1/4" diameter range, and I would guess somewhere around a 13 - 15 pitch, with the outside chance of being 17.
