Location: God's Country......USA..... Western Wisconsin		If he sticks with the 115 resale will be very tough. We have a very hard time selling anything used that is not at its rated capacity for an engine. May work just fine but folks want their boats with an engine at the max rated HP. He will take a hit at resale time.
