compare it to a used boat of the same model and year as a starting point when talking to the dealer.
- add in the value of the new boat/motor warranty
- add in the value of the better condition that a new boat will be in
- assume the used boat depreciates faster (esp look at hours on the motor)
- consider differences in electronics (used boat might have them, new might not)
