Location: Columbus, Georgia		I have a friend that runs a Verado 300 on a Ranger 621. Tremedous motor. Very quiet (considering).
That being said: gas is going to skyrocket soon, and the Verado is an absolute gas hog. Spending $50 to $75 for a day's fishing on bigger water would not likely be the exception, but rather the rule.
