Location: MN | Another option is North Star storage in Minnetonka. They have a large building with parking spots in it where you can store cars, boats, etc.. Only negative is you are paying $100+ / month and other people have access to the building. This might be a last resort option or if you are looking for short-term storage. I rented one of these spots last summer as I didn't have a garage. It was much cheaper than keeping my rig in a Public Storage space as I did the year before. I wasn't a huge fan that anybody with a passcode could access my boat, but I didn't have any problems...
