I had a Polar Kraft 178 TC for about 4 years with a yam 115 four stroke. It was a great boat, and worked well for walleyes and muskies. It actually was more comfortable to muskie fish out of then several other alum boats because of the rod storage on the sides of the boat in the back made the casting deck essentially wrap around the whole boat (minus the windshield) fishing three people was very comfortable. (you could stand on the rod storage on each side)

The ride was good and fuel economy was great. Had no problems with the boat. The customer service was really good when I had questions or needed anything. The only reason I do not have it now is because I stepped up to a 20ft fiberglass boat.
