| I had to same issue this summer with my X37, and it was the puck (Upgraded to the new 4000), but it also took out the port to one of my GPS units when it went out. I have two X37's in my boat, and verified everything with the Lowrance tech over the phone, and luckily it only wrecked one unit. They do not replace the ports, you have to send the unit in, and they will replace it if it's under warranty, or if not sell you a new one for half price, that being over $600 for me, cuz my unit was a few days over a year old. I couldn't believe it when he told me that was my only option, so I sucked up having my bow mount not have gps all summer....Hopefully it is just your puck, and it didn't take out the GPS port on your sonar as well. | |
