Location: Stevens Point, WI		You definitely want them to be hooked up to your starting battery. Hooking them up to your trolling motor could lead to problems with voltage spikes, could lead to blown fuses and you'll most likely get interference with the graph if you hook them up to the trolling motor batteries.

Get yourself the biggest starting battery you can get, and you'll be set!
