Clear gel coat will do it. Tape repairs on the small areas, and spraying it on the larger after prep. Then buff. Not BRAND new, but serviceable.

From what I have been reading during my research you need to bevel out the bad area for preparation. Is that true in the case of this first picture? Would I need to bevel out each of the long cracks prior to spraying?
