My terrova self deployed three weeks ago in Canada in a walleye chop. Broke the shaft. I took it to an authorized repair facility and was told the warranty does not apply. Only materials and natural causes. I asked about it self deploying and he said that was my fault. Dont have it back yet but will cost $250 to $300 bucks. They make it sound like the shaft is forever warranted but that is not the case. After four Minn kotas that will be my last. Jim
