Then again, on my 16' Alumacraft w/ a 25 a hydrofoil lowered top speed by 10 mph and it went from 40 seconds to plan to a couple minutes.


My dad has a 25 hp 4 stroke suzi on a 16' lund 1625 classic (about a 700 lb boat) and it only took away 1/2 mph. no power trim......something is wrong with your setup IMO.
