Location: minocqua, wi. | 618vs is an altogether different animal than the limited year-offered 617 that was modeled in the 619 and 620 family of deep-v boats. you won't find a 618 in a dual console because it never existed. if you want a smaller boat and a dual console and it has to be a Ranger then you'll find yourself looking at their bass-style boats.
my suggestion would be to search for a 692 in the mid-late 90's vintage. they are harder to come by and when you see one you need to act fast.
another suggestion is the '98 Champion Fish-Hunter ... they built a really nice 18' boat on a deep-v hull, but i think it may have only been offered in a single console too. i think that boat was only marketed for a couple 2-3 years.
