1) About $1200
2) Depends on what you need. The 1890 is a big boat, 19' plus, and much wider than the 1760. Both handle rough water very well, it's a difference in room for the most part.
3) Depends on the trolling speed you want to accomplish. If you are pulling spinners for walleyes, you might want a kicker to slow it down under 1.5 mph.
