Location: Minnesota: where it's tough to be a sportsfan!		I'd install the trim tabs on the boat. That is the cheapest option to gain some performance. You will also find that the trim tabs will most likely outlive the hull! I would then save my money and get to the point where you could either trade rigs or trade up on motors.
