Location: NW WI		I would have your lower unit pressure tested ASAP. Either have a dealer remove the LU or you can do it yourself. I can't speak for Evinrudes/Yamaha's/Johnson's/Suzukis/Hondas but I've done it on Merc's and it's pretty easy.

Changing the seals themselves in my opinion is best left to the dealer. I know that Merc's require special tools.
