Looking to upgrade to a new boat next spring and wondering if anyone has a guess at how well/slow a 25HP will push the Esox Mag. Here in Illinois many public lakes have a 25 HP restriction. I seldom make it to waters that allow larger engines. Love the layout of the Esox Mag.....

Additionally, I have yet to get a straight answer on the rod box length in ALL THREE Esox models. Catalog gives a length but want to know the actual. I can't believe the Mag only has 8 ft..... rod box. Dealer told me they are longer but he did not have one in stock to actually measure. Any info appreciated.
