I am new to this site but i was hoping some one could offer some advice about a motor i have. It is a 25 hp. 4 stroke that does not seem to get to full power as fast as it used to and when it does it kind of slows down on its own and is also kind of hurky jurky when you try to slow down smothly. I am the original owner and it just does not feel right. the motor is a 98 Marinier any ideas woul sure be helpfull. thanks for your time.
