I pull my 15 ft Javelin and an old 17 ft arrowglass trihull behind my 96 chevy blazer and don't have any problems except for on loong upgrades. It has a 4.3 liter and four wheel with tow package. Have had few lectric problems but overall can't complain it has 138,457 miles on it and gets 20 mpg, 16 when I tow the boat.
