Put a 21 tempest plus on it with large vent holes. If you want a Rev 4 I think a 19 would work fine. A 25 on a 620 will not work. That motor will turn up to 6300 rpm so you got lots of room for a 21. Good luck. You can also call Ranger and they will give you the recommended prop based on testing.
