Only way to know for shure is try as many as you can . A couple factors to keep in mind are ,how high is your motor on your transom. How you use your boat .Are you mostly alone or do you have 2 buddies with you most of the time.
My 620 likes a 19 rev 4 best ,that is my best overall wheel. I have a 21 rev 4 that gets a few more on top end but lags a bit out of the hole. I also have a 23 tempest that has been worked so it will get me near my target rpm but still get a few extra mph .
My hull (2007) runs a little dryer than the older 620s (pre2006) it has a pad almost like a bass boat and i'm running a 250 verado as opposed to a 225 opti like the op.
I know ranger sent out a lot of boats that were IMO way over propped .I set my buddies 619 up with a 21 rev 4 that runs well but according to his tach he should be running a 19 . He wants the extra 2 mph the 21 gives him but he is still running only 5100 with a light load. My 19 was dead on but 2 mph slower .
Dont forget over propping a motor is verrry bad for its health .

Just my 2cents
