| Good tip Toddola, especially for those in the real estate business...when looking for that new home, one should make sure the garage will house your boat, + is a question the agent should ask a potential buyer also. Most peeps realize that our spouses need to be made aware of the boats value in a relationship + that a major purchase such as a home needs to be included at the top of the list.
