I think in your case, being (I would assume on your rig) you are running a 24 volt trolling motor system, you can run the 27 and the 29 without issue, but you will only have the running time length of what the size 27 will allow. So...given that I would assume you charge your batteries after each use, I don't think it would be a problem....
