Location: Gilberts IL/Rhinelander WI		I just installed a new 80# MK on the boat. All seemed fine in the driveway. When I put the boat in the water it only ran full power, no variable speed. Needless to say, I barely stayed in the boat when I first hit the pedal, while it was on the "0" setting. Is it the pedal for sure?? Or could it be something else?
