Location: Appleton, WI		So the way it is right now the motor is in the cradle and you can turn it on? If thats the case something is out of adjustment in the stow/deploy mechanism. If you remove the sideplates theres a few different things that can be slightly tweaked to get the light to go out. But on a brand new motor I would contact Minn Kota and see if they have any advice.
