The digger was fine as long as you don’t have to anchor in plain ‘ole sand. That anchor basically needed something to “grab” onto. Loved it for around logs/cribs as it as it “broke” away to release it from the jam. Trying to use it for crappie and walleye when it got windy was a pain as I usually was over a sand bottom.

I am now looking for a new anchor as well due to a mishap with my clip on the rope opening up last year.

I am leaning towards the Richter.
