Location: Hopefully on the water		I would actually recommend the Maxum. I had one on my 1750 Fishhawk and loved it. But it really depends on how you fish. If you get in spots that you need to turn quickly I would go with the cable also with you mentioning the milfoil you can at least run the trolling motor partially out of the water. I would base it on what you need for turn speen and what you are use to. Good luck with the decision.
