Location: Fairfield, IA		Thanks guys - I pulled the side cowling off and finally worked the hose off of the fitting. Turned the motor on and worked the hose to free up any obstruction. Poured out brown water and then quit draining. Finally it broke free and it is now shooting out clear water.
